The "HELA" token served as a tribute to Henrietta Lacks. Forced to donor her cells, that act later led to one of the most groundbreaking discoveries—HeLa cells, rightfully named after her.
During the early CTO days a new thesis and a change of narrative were developed. HELA decided to escape the shadow of being just a tribute mascot and obtain a voice of her own.
Set herself on a path to meme her way into science, HELA is evolving to become something bigger.
